The largest part of my role as Senior Web Designer for The Bradford-Hammacher Group focuses on the management, development, integrity and stability of the five main websites: www.bradfordexchange.com, www.bradfordexchange.ca, www.ashtondrake.com, www.hamiltoncollection.com, and www.bradfordexchangechecks.com.
Focus areas and projects included:
- Migrating the five main websites from separate desktop and mobile sites to a responsive solution
- Rebranding and logo development for our primary brand: The Bradford Exchange
- Implementing various A/B split tests with goals of increasing conversion and site engagement
- Utilizing data points from the analytic team to make informed decisions on how to improve website UX
- Communication and coordination with the Project Management Team, IT Development Team, and third-party vendors
- Lead and inform other designers on the team when major changes are implemented to the website in order to create a cohesive customer shopping experience
Additional areas of focus include:
- Promotional Email Design
- On-site creative assets, such as site banners and landing pages
- Art directing product photoshoots
